Pumpkin Cake in a Mug

Ingredients:

3 T. cake mix (vanilla, yellow or spice)
1 T. pumpkin puree
½ t. pumpkin pie spice
1 T. water

Directions:

Put the cake mix, pumpkin puree, spice and water in a greased, microwave-safe mug.
Mix with a fork until smooth.
Microwave on high for one minute. (Adjust according to your microwave.)
It is ready to eat!
However, why not make it even better?
Add whipped cream and a little pumpkin pie spice on top.
Or top with ice cream and caramel sauce and chopped pecans.
